White Negroni

Amaro Arancia, UpRoot Gin

The White Negroni, credited to London bartender Wayne Collins, is a re-imagined Negroni that originally replaced Campari with the gentian bittered Suze, and Sweet Vermouth with Lillet. The PostModern Spirits version features the gentian bittered Amaro Arancia in place of Suze and a blend of aloe water & ginger infused simple syrup. Tart, refreshing & distinguished.
