The Whiskey Depot is a PostModern riff on the Boulevardier cocktail, which is itself a play on the Negroni. The traditional Boulevardier, originally credited to American-born writer Erskine Gwynne, replaces gin with bourbon while including the traditional Campari + sweet vermouth. In the PostModern version, American Single Malt Whiskey takes the role of bourbon, and the Campari is replaced with Amaro Artemisia.
