UpRoot Gin

Traditionally, a Paloma is a tequila-based cocktail made with lime juice and grapefruit soda. Throwing caution to the wind, the PostModern Spirits’ version combines Barrel-rested UpRoot Gin with grapefruit & lime juice and is then topped off with grapefruit soda. Deliciously refreshing to beat the summer-time heat!

Glass:

Ingredients:

UpRoot Gin 1.5 ounce
Grapefruit Juice 0.75 ounce
Lime Juice 0.75 ounce
Grapefruit Soda 3 ounce

Garnish:

Lime Wedge

Method:

Shake with ice and top with soda.
