Maple Beet Shrub** 0.5 ounce
Black Pepper-Carraway Syrup*** 0.5 ounce
Strongwater Orange Bitters 4 dash
Stir all ingredients with ice & strain over large cube in rocks glass. Garnish with Orange Twist.
**Maple Beet Shrub Recipe: 1.75 C Beet Juice, 1.25 C Apple Cider Vinegar, 0.5 C Maple Syrup, 100g Ginger grated. Heat over medium heat for 15 minutes. Allow to cool & strain ginger. Retain Liquid.
***Black Pepper-Carraway Syrup: 0.5 C Ground Black Pepper, 0.25 C Carraway Seed, 1 Cup Water, 1 Cup Sugar. Heat over medium heat for 15 minutes. Allow to cool, strain solids & retain liquid.
