Smoked Almond Syrup+ 0.75 ounce
Lemon Juice 0.5 ounce
Chai Syrup++ 0.5 ounce
Aromatic Bitters 5 dash
Dehydrated Lemon Wheel
Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail coupe and garnish.
+Smoked Almond Syrup: 2 Cups Water, 2 Cups Sugar, 0.75 ounce Almond Extract, 2 Lapsong Souchong Tea Bags. Make simple syrup with water and sugar. Steep tea in hot simple syrup for 10 minutes. Cool and add almond extract.
++Chai Syrup: 1 Cup Water, 1 Cup Sugar, 2 Chai Tea Bags. Simmer all ingredients for 10 minutes. Strain and reserve liquid.
