Ingredients:
Empirical Gin 1.25 ounce
Chamomile Liqueur 1 ounce
Green Tea Shrub* 1 ounce
Lemon Juice 0.25 ounce
Earl Grey Tincture Splash
Garnish:
Dehydrated Orange & Cute Flowers
Method:
Shake all ingredients with Ice & Strain into a coupe and splash with soda water. Garnish with a dehydrated orange & cute flowers.
*Green Tea Shrub: Combine 1.5 C Vinegar, 1.5 C Sugar, and 2 ounces Honey over medium heat and stir until combined. Add Orange Zest, Orange Juice and 1 Orange to pot and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and add 10 green tea bags and steep for 10 minutes.
