Ingredients:
PostModern Spirits Empirical Gin 1.75 ounce
Cranberry Cocktail 0.75 ounce
Tart Cherry Juice 0.75 ounce
Lime Juice 0.5 ounce
Rosemary Syrup** 0.5 ounce
Allspice Dram*** 0.25 ounce
Strongwater Golden Bitters 4 dash
Garnish:
Lime / Rosemary Sprig / Cranberries
Method:
Shake with Ice and Strain into ice filled Collins Glass & Top with Soda Water.
**Rosemary Simple Syrup – Add 0.25 cups dried rosemary to 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water. Bring to a boil to melt sugar and simmer for 5 minutes. Turn off heat and allow to steep for 10 minutes. Strain dried rosemary and retain simple syrup. Keep refrigerated.
***Allspice dram – to 1 cup vodka add.25 cup crushed allspice & 1 cinnamon stick. Steep for 10 days. Strain and retain liquid. Add .67 cup brown sugar & 1.5 cup water to finish dram.

Fruit forward with tart notes to balance the gin botanicals and alcohol
