Spanish Gin Tonic

Empirical Dry Gin, Giniferous Gin

This big and bold take on the Gin & Tonic is a perfect complement to summer drinking. Featuring a mixed base of PostModern Spirits Giniferous & Empirical Gins paired with Jack Rudy Tonic Syrup. The garnish game is STRONG with this cocktail, and can include as much or as little, but we love using fresh & dehydrated citrus, fresh herbs and loads of juniper berries.
