Uproot Gin 1.5 ounce
Amaro Artemisia 1 ounce
Rosemary Syrup* 0.75 ounce
Simple Syrup** 0.75 ounce
Lemon Juice 0.75 ounce
Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into an ice filled rocks glass & garnish.
*Rosemary Syrup: 1 Cup Water, 1 Cup Sugar, ½ Cup Rosemary. Melt sugar in water and steep with rosemary for 10 minutes. Strain rosemary and retain liquid for use.
