Rocks or Mug
Straight Malt Whiskey 2 ounce
Chai Syrup* 1 ounce
Lemon Juice 0.75 ounce
Golden Bitters 6 dash
Cold: shake all ingredients with ice & strain into ice filled rocks glass.
Hot: Add all ingredients to a mug & top with hot water.
Garnish with lemon wedge.
*Chai Syrup – Heat 1 cup water with 1 cup sugar and 2 chai tea bags until boil. Remove from heat and steep for at least 10 minutes. Remove tea and retain liquid.
