A fall original for the tasting room from Liz and probably approved by Ron Swanson… A delicately balanced blend of floral and baking spice from the Subrosa Liqueur & Amaro Alpino with a brilliant punch of spice from the Strongwater Bonfire Bitters. The spicy notes are subdued enough as to not overpower the delicate floral nature of the Subrosa Liqueur, but prevalent enough to make this drink interesting. Smooth sipping, this snake juice can sneak right up on you and leave you with a quick bite!

Nick & Nora

Ingredients:

PostModern Spirits Subrosa Liqueur 0.75 ounce
PostModern Spirits Amaro Alpino 1 ounce
Cranberry Juice 1 ounce
Rosemary Syrup** 0.5 ounce
Strongwater Bonfire Bitters 3 dash

Garnish:

Fresh Rosemary

Method:

hake with ice and double strain into Nick & Nora.

** Rosemary Simple Syrup – Add 0.25 cups dried rosemary to 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water. Bring to a boil to melt sugar and simmer for 5 minutes. Turn off heat and allow to steep for 10 minutes. Strain dried rosemary and retain simple syrup. Keep refrigerated.
