PostModern Spirits Amaro Alpino 1 ounce
Cranberry Juice 1 ounce
Rosemary Syrup** 0.5 ounce
Strongwater Bonfire Bitters 3 dash
hake with ice and double strain into Nick & Nora.
** Rosemary Simple Syrup – Add 0.25 cups dried rosemary to 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water. Bring to a boil to melt sugar and simmer for 5 minutes. Turn off heat and allow to steep for 10 minutes. Strain dried rosemary and retain simple syrup. Keep refrigerated.
