Navy Strength Gin and Amaro are a hit no matter the season. Featuring two PostModern Spirits Amaro, Shut Up, George is a great long drink for the cooler weather with a slightly bitter finish from the amari and grapefruit.

Glass:

Collins

Ingredients:

Empirical Gin .75 ounce
Amaro Artemisia 0.75 ounce
Amaro Alpino 0.75 ounce
Lemon Juice 0.5 ounce
Grapefruit Juice 1 ounce

Garnish:

Orange Twist

Method:

Shake with ice, Stain into ice filled Collins, Top with soda water. Garnish with Orange Twist.
