PostModern Twentieth Century

Cacao Liqueur, Empirical Dry Gin

Named after the 20th Century Express Passenger Train that ran from New York City to Chicago for many decades in the early twentieth century, The Twentieth Century Cocktail was first served in the Café Century, the train’s dining car that would transform into a nightclub after dinner service. This cocktail is a riff on the Corpse Reviver, with Crème de Cacao substituted for orange liqueur. The PostModern Twentieth Century features the boozy, juniper forward Navy Strength Empirical Dry Gin + PostModern Spirits Cacao Liqueur.
