1 ounce PostModern Spirits Elderberry Gin Liqueur
0.5 ounce Lemon Juice
0.25 Honey Syrup or Demarara Syrup*
Rinse Coupe with Amaro Artemisia
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail coupe rinsed with Amaro Artemisia.
*Combine 1 cup Demarara sugar with 1 cup water and heat until sugar melts. Cool and store in refrigeration.
