Peach Syrup** 0.75 ounce
Simple Syrup 0.5 ounce
Mint 4-6 leaves
Dehydrated Lemon / Mint
*Muddle mint with Gin
*Shake all ingredients with ice & Strain into Ice Filled Collins glass and top with Soda Water
*Garnish Dehydrated Lemon & Mint
**Peach Syrup Recipe – 1 pound peaches + 2 cup water + 3 cups sugar. Heat to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes, blend and fine strain.
