Giniferous Gin

From the French for Butterfly, The Papillon is a PostModern Spirits re-imagining of the classic Aviation Cocktail. Featuring the citrus forward Giniferous Gin and the distinctly floral notes of the Crème de Violette and Rosehip syrup, The Papillon is a refined lightly citrus forward sipper with gentle herbal notes.

Glass:

Coupe

Ingredients:

2 ounce Giniferous Gin
1 ounce Crème de Violette
0.75 ounce Rosehip Syrup
0.5 ounce Lemon Juice
0.25 ounce Ginger Syrup

Garnish:

Dehydrated Lime
Rosemary Sprig

Method:

Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail coupe and garnish with lime and rosemary.

Tasting Notes:

Distinctly floral notes balanced with the bright citrus of the Giniferous Gin and lemon juice.
