PostModern Spirits Hi, Rye Whiskey 1.5 ounce
PostModern Spirits Amaro Arancia 0.25 ounce
Fig Syrup* 1 ounce
Lemon Juice 0.25 ounce
Strongwater Walnut Bitters 5 dash
Garnish:
Dehydrated Lemon
Method:
Shake with Ice & Strain into a coupe.
*Fig Syrup ā Add 1 cup diced figs to 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar and bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Blend, strain and retain syrup. Keep refrigerated.
