The Negroni is one of the most popular gin-based cocktails. With its Italian roots the Negroni has become a global phenomenon. The PostModern version of the Negroni replaces Campari with PostModern Spirits’ Amaro Arancia, a bitter Italian style liqueur distilled from orange zest, coriander and cardamom, Giniferous Gin, a citrus forward modern American style gin, and sweet vermouth.

Glass:

Rocks

Ingredients:

1 ounce PostModern Spirits Giniferous Gin
1 ounce PostModern Spirits Amarao Arancia
1 ounce Sweet Vermouth

Garnish:

Orange Twist

Method:

Stir all ingredients with ice. Strain into ice filled rocks glass.

Tasting Notes:

Slightly bitter finish balanced with orange citrus of the PostModern Spirits Amaro Arancia
