Kore Vodka

The Moscow Mule has become a go-to vodka cocktail. Known for the iconic copper mug, zippy ginger beer and lime, the Mule is an ubiquitous drink. The Mule PostModerne is elevated by replacing the traditional ginger beer with freshly muddled ginger, ginger and chai syrups.

Glass:

Copper Mug

Ingredients:

2 ounce PostModern Spirits Kore Vodka
1 ounce Ginger Syrup
1 ounce Lime Juice
0.75 ounce Chai Syrup
2 dash Angostura Bitters
1 barspoon Muddled Ginger

Garnish:

Lime Wedge

Method:

Muddle ginger in mixing tin. Add ice and ingredients and shake. Double strain into an ice filled copper mug, garnish and enjoy!
