Nick and Nora
1.5 ounce PostModern Spirits Kore Vodka – infused with vanilla bean
1.5 ounce PostModern Spirits Cacao Liqueur
1.5 ounce Coconut Milk
0.5 ounce Hot Dram*
0.5 ounce Ginger Syrup*
6 dash Strongwater Amores Bitters
Sprinkled Cinnamon (think about a design) & Marshmallows
Shake all ingredients and strain into Nick and Nora Glass
*Hot Dram Recipe: Combine 1 cup dried Szechuan peppers and 1 cup 140 proof ethanol and steep for 20 days. Strain peppers and retain liquid.
**ginger syrup: Combine 200 gram grated ginger root with 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar over medium heat to dissolve sugar. Continue to simmer for 10 minutes over low heat. Cool, Strain and retain liquid.
