Giniferous Gin 2 ounce
Lime Juice 0.75 ounce
Lemongrass Syrup* 0.75 ounce
Simple Syrup 0.5 ounce
Bonfire Bitters 3 dash
Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into an ice filled rocks glass and top with soda water.
*Lemongrass Syrup: 0.5 Cup Lemongrass, 1 Cup Sugar, 1 Cup Water. Simmer for 10 minutes, strain and reserve liquid. Keep refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
