[Trilogy] Whiskey

750 ml + 90 proof + 45% alc/vol

A truly unique and collaborative whiskey! Made from a mash of rye, wheat and four types of barley at Elkmont Exchange then distilled and aged in new, charred oak barrels at PostModern Sprits. This unique, limited release whiskey has notes of orange and cinnamon with a smooth, spicy finish.

Hi(Rye) Whiskey

750 ml + 90 proof + 45% alc/vol

Some have said Rye Whiskey is made from the tears of distillers; in this case both distiller and brewer alike went through the highs and lows of creating Knoxville’s First Rye Whiskey!

Knoxville say Hi, Rye Whiskey to PostModern Spirits’ first Rye Whiskey! Made in collaboration with Elkmont Exchange, we fought through multiple setbacks to create a Rye Whiskey like none other. Our Hi, Rye Whiskey is made from 70% rye and 30% malted barley. It has classic rye spice from front to back with a sweet honey and apricot finish.

Victor Tha Admiral’s hoppyAF Gin

750 ml + 90 proof + 45% alc/vol

Finally, a gin designed specifically for Victor Tha Admiral! Our Hoppy AF Gin is a collaboration between PostModern Spirits and Pretentious Beer Company. Distilled from Pretentious Beer Company’s Brut IPA along with neutral spirits and four botanicals: juniper berries, grapefruit peel, licorice root and orris root. A hoppy, citrusy, resinous, dank gin!

Elderberry Sour Liqueur

750 ml + 48 proof + 24% alc/vol

All the flavors of Summer are in our Elderberry Sour Liqueur. Made with our Elderberry Gin Liqueur, our Giniferous Gin, lime juice and rosemary syrup. A sweet and fruity ready-to-drink liqueur that’s perfect for sipping on a hot Summer’s day. Just pour over ice and top with sparkling water to create a fizzy, refreshing drink!

Directions: Pour approximately 5 ounces over ice. Garnish with a lime wedge. Enjoy!

Shake well before serving. Approximately 5 servings.

So Crushable Liqueur

750 ml + 65 proof + 32.5% alc/vol

Our So Crushable liqueur was adapted from our most popular cocktail in our tasting room. It has the perfect balance of sweet, tart, bitter and spice and is ready to drink as-is. You can just pour it over ice and enjoy or add a splash of sparkling water to create a fizzy, refreshing porch pounder!

Directions: Pour approximately 5 ounces over ice. Garnish with a lime wedge. Enjoy!

Shake well before serving. Approximately 5 servings.

New Fashioned Liqueur

750 ml + 48.8 proof + 24.4% alc/vol

New Fashioned Liqueur was adapted from our popular Old Fashioned cocktail made from our American Single Malt Whiskey, Chamomile Liqueur and Simple Syrup. A simple but complex flavored liqueur; it provides honey and floral notes from the chamomile liqueur but with a distinct malt whiskey finish. A great year round liqueur that’s ready to drink! Enjoy it over ice with an orange twist.

Directions: Pour approximately 4 ounces into a rocks glass over ice. Class it up with an orange twist. Enjoy!

Approximately 6 servings per bottle.

Hot Toddy

750 ml + 65 proof + 32.5% alc/vol

We developed this Hot Toddy using our Barrel Rested Uproot Gin and our Cacao Liqueur. The spicy botanicals of our Uproot Gin pairs perfectly with the sweet notes of the Cacao Liqueur. Cinnamon and lemon juice are added to give additional depth and brightness. It’s perfect for sharing with friends on a cold Winter night!

Directions: Pour approximately 5 ounces into a mug. Add 2-3 ounces of hot water. Garnish with a lemon wedge and cinnamon stick. Enjoy!
