The Jungle Bird is a dark, bitter Tiki-themed cocktail that was possibly created in the 1970s. The early recipe called for dark rum + Campari. At PostModern, we love to re-create flavors with unexpected ingredients. For example, in the Jungle cocktail, our takeoff on the Jungle Bird, we utilize vanilla-infused PostModern Spirits Kore Vodka plus two PostModern Spirits Amari in the place of rum & Campari. Our riff on the Jungle Bird is extremely refreshing and will keep you flying high in the warm weather!
