Uproot Gin 2 ounce
Golden Shrub* 1 ounce
Chai Syrup** 1 ounce
Lime Juice 1 ounce
Shake all ingredients with ice. Double Strain into a cocktail coupe & garnish.
*Golden Shrub: 2 Cup Carrot Juice, 1 ¼ Cup Vinegar, 2/3 Cup Sugar, ¼ Cup Honey, ½ ounce dried Turmeric, 100 grams grated ginger. Combine over medium heat for 15 minutes. Strain & reserve liquid for use.
**Chai Syrup: 1 Cup Water, 1 Cup Sugar, 2 Chai tea bags. Melt sugar in water and steep tea for 10 minutes. Discard tea bags and reserve liquid for use.
