Hi, Ball {Rye}

Hi Rye Whiskey

The basic Highball Cocktail is typically two ingredients: spirit plus a non-alcohol containing mixer. For the Hi, Ball {Rye}, we employ bump up the spice forward nature of the rye whiskey with a little ginger syrup and copious amounts of carbonated water. This refreshing cocktail is extremely simple but always a delight to sip in the warm weather.

Glass:

Collins

Ingredients:

2 ounce PostModern Spirits Hi, Rye Whiskey
0.5 ounce Ginger Infused Simple Syrup*
4 ounce Soda Water

Garnish:

Lemon Wedge / Candied Ginger

Method:

Pour Ginger Syrup and Rye over ice in a Collins glass. Top with 4 ounces soda and stir to incorporate.
