Alpino Amaro 1 ounce
Rosemary Syrup* 1 ounce
Lime Juice 0.5 ounce
Bonfire Bitters 5 dash
Shake with Ice and Strain into ice filled Collins Glass & Top with Soda Water. Garnish with lime wedge.
*Rosemary Syrup – Heat 1 cup water with 1 cup sugar & 0.5 cup rosemary dried until boil. Steep for 10 minutes and then strain solids. Retain liquid.
