Known from Greek mythology as the goddess who led the search for Demeter’s daughter Persephone with her fire-lit torches, Hecate was thought to protect travelers and keep away evil spirits. The Hecate cocktail will do a great job chasing away any ill-spirits this summer or any season for that matter.

Ingredients:

Subrosa Liqueur 1.25 ounce
Giniferous Gin 1 ounce
Lime Juice 0.5 ounce
Grapefruit Juice 0.5 ounce
Hibiscus Syrup 0.5 ounce

Garnish:

Lemon Twist

Method:

Shake all ingredients with ice & strain over a large cube in a rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Tasting Notes:

Floral and citrus with a grapefruit finish
