1.5 ounce PostModern Spirits American Single Malt Whiskey
0.5 ounce lemon juice
0.5 ounce orange juice
0.5 ounce pineapple juice
0.25 ounce demerara Simple Syrup*
0.5 teaspoon Grenadine**
1 dash Angostura bitters
Edible Orchid flower
Shake all ingredients with ice and double strain into coupe – traditionally garnished with edible orchid flower.
*Combine 1 cup Demarara sugar with 1 cup water and heat until sugar melts. Cool and store in refrigeration.
**Combine 2 cups POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice with 1.5 cups sugar and heat to dissolve sugar. Off the heat add 1tsp Orange water. Store in refrigeration
