Ingredients:
Giniferous Gin 1.50 ounce
Amaro Arancia 1 ounce
Rosemary Syrup* 0.75 ounce
Lemon Juice 1 ounce
Garnish:
Dehydrated Lemon & Rosemary
Method:
Shake all ingredients with ice & strain over large cube in rocks glass. Garnish with dehydrated lemon and rosemary sprig.
*Rosemary Syrup: Combine 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar and 0.5 Cup dried rosemary over medium heat to melt sugar. Steep for 10 minutes and strain rosemary. Retain liquid for use.
