UpRoot Gin

A well balanced, easy drinking and refined cocktail. The Garfield cocktail expertly layers complex flavors from the whiskey barrel aged UpRoot Gin with spicy ginger root, bright lemon citrus and finishes off with sweet honey.

Glass:

Cocktail Coupe

Ingredients:

Uproot Gin 2 ounce
Lemon Juice 0.75 ounce
Ginger Syrup* 0.75 ounce
Honey Syrup** 0.25 ounce
Virtue Bitters 8 dash

Garnish:

Dehydrated Lemon Wheel

Method:

Shake with ice and double strain into a chilled cocktail coupe.

*Ginger Syrup: 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar, 100 grams ginger grated. Combine over heat and steep for 10 minutes. Strain and retain liquid.

**Honey Syrup: 1 cup honey, 1 cup water. Combine over heat.
