An amaro based cocktail for the colder seasons, Fritter balances those dryer, bitter flavors with the addition of apple juice. A little citrus helps round out this complex sweet tea influenced cocktail.

Ingredients:

Amaro Alpino 1 ounce
Amaro Artemisia 1 ounce
Apple Juice 2 ounce
Ceylon Tea Syrup 1 ounce
Lemon Juice 0.25 ounce

Garnish:

Lemon Twist

Method:

Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain over large rock in rocks glass & garnish with lemon twist.
