Hi, Rye Whiskey 2 ounce
Chai Syrup* 0.5 ounce
Spiced Honey Syrup** 0.5 ounce
Earl Grey*** 0.25 ounce
Orange Bitters 3 dash
Shake with Ice & Strain into rocks glass with large cube. Garnish with orange twist.
* Chai Syrup – Heat 1 cup water with 1 cup sugar and 2 chai tea bags until boil. Remove from heat and steep for at least 10 minutes. Remove tea and retain liquid.
**Spiced Honey Syrup – Heat .75 cups honey with 1 cup water, 3 cinnamon sticks, 1 T Cardamom, 1.5 inch piece fresh ginger root, .5 Vanilla Bean, 1 Rosemary Sprig, Zest of .5 Orange. Steep for at least 10 minutes, strain solids and retain liquid.
***Earl Grey Tincture – Steep 2 Earl Grey Tea Bags in Grain Neutral Spirit for 2 weeks.
