An original cocktail recipe from Ryan Fitzgerald from ABV in San Francisco, CA. This is PostModern Spirits Owner Stanton Webster’s favorite kind of cocktail – Booze Forward! Simple in ingredient list, complex in layers of flavors and sophisticated in balancing of elements.

Nick and Nora

Ingredients:

2 ounce PostModern Spirits Hi, Rye Whiskey
0.5 ounce PostModern Spirits Amaro Arancia
0.25-.5 ounce PostModern Spirits Cacao Liqueur
2 dash Strongwater Orange Bitters

Orange Twist or Dehydrated Orange

Method:

Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled Nick and Nora Glass.

Tasting Notes:

The spicy rye whiskey is balanced with bitterness from the amaro and the sweet cacao
