Kore Vodka 2 ounce
Lemongrass Ginger Shrub 0.75 ounce
Ginger Syrup 0.75 ounce
Lemon Juice 0.75 ounce
Amaro Arancia 0.25 ounce
Strongwater Aromatic Bitters 5 dash
Garnish:
Candied Ginger
Method:
Shake with ice and strain into an ice filled Collins Glass. Top with soda water and garnish.
*Lemongrass Ginger Shrub: Honey 1.25 Cup, Water 1 Cup, Ginger chopped 50 grams, Lemongrass 2 Cups, Apple Cider Vinegar 1 Cup. Heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Cool and Strain, retain liquid.
