Kore Vodka 2 ounce
Carrot Shrub** 1 ounce
Vanilla Syrup*** 0.5 ounce
Chai Syrup**** 0.5 ounce
Lemon Juice 0.5 ounce
Strongwater Aromatic Bitters 3 dash
Shake with Ice, Strain into a Coupe & Garnish with lemon twist.
**Carrot Shrub Recipe: 2 C Carrot Juice, 1.25 C Vinegar, 2/3 C Sugar, 0.25 C Honey, 0.5 ounce dried Turmeric, 100 grams grated Ginger. Combine over medium heat for 15 minutes. Strain & reserve the liquid.
***Vanilla Syrup: 1 C sugar, 1 C water, 1 split Vanilla Bean. Combine over medium heat for 15 minutes. Allow to cool and pour into bottle with vanilla bean.
****Chai Syrup: 1 C Sugar, 1 C Water, 2 Chai Bags. Combine over medium heat for 15 minutes. Allow to cool, strain and retain liquid.
