Not quite a gin sour and more elevated than a gin & ginger, the Drank is a perfect spring and summer cocktail for those that like a little spice with everything nice. The cocktail blends Giniferous Gin and PostModern Elderberry Gin Liqueur, a sloe gin replacement, with Strongwater’s spicy Wildfire Bitters! The spice is accentuated with fresh ginger syrup and mellowed slightly with the aloe water. This elegant cocktail with its purple hues, is sure to stand out on the bar top.
