Ingredients:
Vanilla Vodka 1.5 ounce
Tart Cherry Juice 1 ounce
Chai Syrup* 0.75 ounce
Amaro Artemisia 0.25 ounce
Garnish:
Star Anise
Method:
Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into ice filled rocks glass and garnish.
*Chai Syrup: 1 Cup Water, 1 Cup Sugar, 2 Chai tea bags. Melt sugar in water and steep tea for 10 minutes. Discard tea bags and reserve liquid for use.

Sweet on front palate with slightly tart & dry finish
