Chamomile Liqueur 1 ounce
Amaro Arancia 1 ounce
White Grape Juice 1 ounce
Ginger Syrup* 1 ounce
Lemon Juice 0.5 ounce
Shake with ice, strain into ice filled collins glass, top with soda & garnish.
*Ginger Syrup: 1 Cup Water, 1 Cup Sugar, 100 grams ginger root, grated. Melt sugar in water and steep ginger for 10 minutes. Strain ginger and retain liquid for use.
