0.75 ounce PostModern Spirits Giniferous Gin
0.75 ounce PostModern Spirits Empirical Gin
0.25 ounce PostModern Spirits Amaro Arancia
0.25 ounce PostModern Spirits Amaro Artemisia
1 ounce Pineapple Juice
0.5 ounce Lime Juice
0.25 ounce Grenadine*
0.25 ounce Demarara Syrup**
1 dash Strongwater Orange Bitters
1.5 ounce Soda Water
Lemon slice + Brandied Cherry
Shake all ingredients except soda water with ice. Double Strain into ice filled Collins glass and top with 1.5 ounce soda water, stir once to combine and garnish.
* Combine 2 cups POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice with 1.5 cups sugar and heat to dissolve sugar. Off the heat add 1tsp Orange water. Store in refrigeration
** Combine 1 cup Demarara sugar with 1 cup water and heat until sugar melts. Cool and store in refrigeration.
