Bobby Hill 2.0

Kore Vodka

This is not a crutch, it’s just something you can rely on to get you through life! Bobby Hill is the spicy, sour cocktail treat that we all need! Based on the always smooth, PostModern Spirits Kore Vodka, and featuring the spicy Wildfire Bitters from Strongwater that is balanced with tart lime juice. This second iteration of the ever popular Bobby Hill, replaces the POM juice with grenadine.

Glass:

Globe Wine Glass

Ingredients:

2 ounce PostModern Spirits Kore Vodka
1.25 ounce Lime Juice
0.75 ounce Simple Syrup
0.5 ounce Grenadine
5 dash Strongwater Wildfire Bitters

Garnish:

Lime Wedge

Method:

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into ice filled globe wine glass.

Tasting Notes:

Slightly spicy with citrus backbone
