Bobby Hill 1.0

A little bit tart, a little bit sweet and a little bit spicy, The Bobby Hill 1.0 is a well-rounded vodka based cocktail. A PostModern Spirits Tasting Room original, the Bobby Hill 1.0 shows off the spicy heat that Strongwater’s Wildfire Bitters brings to the cocktail. The tartness from the POM & lime juice balance nicely with the herbal rosemary syrup.

Glass:

Rocks

Ingredients:

2 ounce PostModern Spirits Kore Vodka
1.5 ounce POM Juice
1 ounce Rosemary Syrup
1 ounce Lime Juice
4 dash Strongwater Wildfire Bitters

Garnish:

Lime Wedge

Method:

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a rocks glass with a large cube.
