A Real Pearant Trap

Chamomile Liqueur, UpRoot Gin

The Pearant Trap features the Whiskey Barrel Aged UpRoot Gin from PostModern Spirits along with the Elderflower influenced Chamomile Liqueur. Boldly floral with fruit notes from the pear and lemon juice, The Pearant Trap is a definite crowd pleaser!


Cocktail Coupe


Uproot Gin 1 ounce
Chamomile Liqueur 1 ounce
Pear Syrup* 1.25 ounce
Chai Syrup** 0.5 ounce
Lemon Juice 0.25 ounce


Dehydrated Lemon


Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail coupe and Garnish.

*Pear Syrup: Sugar 2 Cup, Water 1.5 Cup, Pears 1 can. Chop pears fine and simmer with juice, water and sugar. Mash pears once soft. Strain and retain liquid. Keep refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.

**Chai Syrup: 1 Cup Water, 1 Cup Sugar, 2 Chai Bags. Steep chai in simple syrup, strain and retain liquid.
