Uproot Gin 1 ounce
Chamomile Liqueur 1 ounce
Pear Syrup* 1.25 ounce
Chai Syrup** 0.5 ounce
Lemon Juice 0.25 ounce
Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail coupe and Garnish.
*Pear Syrup: Sugar 2 Cup, Water 1.5 Cup, Pears 1 can. Chop pears fine and simmer with juice, water and sugar. Mash pears once soft. Strain and retain liquid. Keep refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
**Chai Syrup: 1 Cup Water, 1 Cup Sugar, 2 Chai Bags. Steep chai in simple syrup, strain and retain liquid.
